NeuroMeditation: Lucid Dreaming Theta Binaural Guided Meditation (45 Mins)

Image
In this meditation around 5 minutes, i noticed fairly rapid movement into subconscious-focused states, i enjoyed the use of hypnosis techniques employed by the guide. I felt like I fell into unconsciousness twice during the meditation, however, i am relatively well-rested and haven't fallen asleep in either of my other 2 meditations today and it's unlike me to actually sleep during meditation so I am a little confused about how i lost contact with my consciousness in this one.  I really enjoy this meditation, it's one of my favorites and I must have done this one 30 or so times this year. Here is the data     I have had some luck with my Muse connectivity, having resolved some of the bluetooth connection issues. Apparantly i need to pair the Audio before the Muse to stop any disconnection issues. More will be revealed.

NeuroMeditation: Listening To Your Inner World Meditation With Parts Work / IFS Internal Family Systems Therapy

Image
This meditation will help you experience more peace, harmony, and alignment within your psyche and soul. It will help you create a strong connection with all the different “parts” of you that make you unique.  It helps these parts of you feel heard, cared for, balanced, and in harmony. When you experience inner harmony, you embody more resilience, peace, and clarity in decisions. I experienced significant calm towards the end of this meditation, more than usual Here are the Muse EEG Brain Waves for the Meditation.

NeuroMeditation: Singing Bowls of Shangri-La (2 Hours)

Image
I ran this 1 Hours Singing Bowl Meditation back to back twice for a 2 Hour Meditation. The sound waves of Tibetan bowls are at 432 hz, some neuroscientists speculate thoughts are electromagnetic signals firing between synapses in the brain also at 432 hz, so the sound interferes with the brain's thought patterns making it easier to meditate and allow the mind to be still and free of thoughts. During extended Sound Bath meditations I tend to focus on the breath initially whilst the sound takes away the mind, i also focus on the weight of the body on the bed, the sense of my body in the room, the sense of my body being in the city, the country, the earth, the universe in that order. After about 10-15 minutes of this meditation, I noticed I was entering into a light lucid dreaming state, about 30 minutes I noticed I was deep into a subconscious-only state. About 45 minutes in I noticed  anticipatory fears as to whether I would be able to experience 3rd eye visuals or connect to th

NeuroMeditation: Guided Shamanic Journey to the Akashic Field Connect With Your Spirit Guides

Image
I am up early trying to get clarity on a decision.  I quite like using spirit guide meditations as a way of getting out of myself and allowing my subconscious to process. I understand for many pure mindfulness people that some of the Spirit Guide work has too much Woo Woo in it. One way to look at it is, Spirit Guides as just parts of the personality system or is Lucid Dreaming and on that basis, it can be very useful.  I set an intention prior to this meditation which i wont share right here. Here is the data from this meditation.

NeuroMeditation: Vipassana Meditation 30 Mins

Image
This morning before work i practiced a focus on the breath only Vipassana Meditation.    I am a little stressed atm, so releasing from everything and remembering there is nothing but the breath was really useful.   I experienced a deep stillness during much of this meditation and experienced myself opening into 3rd eye visual portals a little after halfway into this meditation. -- Looks like my Muse EEG only captured the first 7 minutes of Data...

NeuroMeditation: Waking Up with Sam Harris - Mindfulness Meditation (9 Mins)

Image
This short 9 minute Mindful Meditation is to focus the mind on the feelings of the body sitting on the seat, then on the breath, and then as any thoughts arise to bring the thoughts back to the breath. I have done the full Waking Up Mindfullness Introduction Coursein the Waking Up app, couldn't recommend it enough for leaning Mindfulness.     I felt mostly clear-minded, empty of thoughts, occasionally having an intrusive thought, which i brought back to the body and breath. I slotted this meditation in between meetings during the day. Here are the Muse Mind Monitor Charts

NeuroMeditation: IFS The Path Meditation - Dick Schwartz. Featuring Ted's Garden (30 Mins)

Image
This lunchtime i ran a 30 minute guided open heart IFS meditation to The Path, one of the more fundamental IFS (Internal Family Systems) meditations for me, lead by the founder of IFS, Dick Schwartz. I started the meditation with a empty mind, it was difficult to find any any thought at all to try and find the start of the path. IFS is different to Mindful Meditation, where the goal is to detach from all thoughts and feelings. In IFS we see that each thought and feeling belong to a part of the system and has a need that must be understood and met and unburdended - there are no bad parts.  I found the start of my path, which is a path i am familiar with in my childhood suburb of Greenwich, and then i listened for parts of my system that would object to 40 year old Nick taking a walk without them. Part of me was unsure, part was worried, part wanted to figure it out - all likely younger parts of me. These are all very familiar feelings belonging to parts of me that i have come to k
