NeuroMeditation: Vipassana Meditation 30 Mins

This morning before work i practiced a focus on the breath only Vipassana Meditation. 

 

I am a little stressed atm, so releasing from everything and remembering there is nothing but the breath was really useful. 

 I experienced a deep stillness during much of this meditation and experienced myself opening into 3rd eye visual portals a little after halfway into this meditation.
