NeuroMeditation: Waking Up with Sam Harris - Mindfulness Meditation (9 Mins)

This short 9 minute Mindful Meditation is to focus the mind on the feelings of the body sitting on the seat, then on the breath, and then as any thoughts arise to bring the thoughts back to the breath.

I have done the full Waking Up Mindfullness Introduction Coursein the Waking Up app, couldn't recommend it enough for leaning Mindfulness.

   


I felt mostly clear-minded, empty of thoughts, occasionally having an intrusive thought, which i brought back to the body and breath. I slotted this meditation in between meetings during the day.
